Junior Marketing Officer, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane. A newly created role within the organisation, The Junior Marketing Officer will be responsible for all communication on all Social Media Platforms as well as assist with event planning.

The successful candidate should have a minimum, two years of Marketing or Communications experience. Good grasp of the English Language and Enjoy Blogging.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful Junior Marketing Officer will be required to fulfil the following activities: Work on marketing, social media, and ad campaigns with social media strategy. Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content. Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects. Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns. Assist with large projects, events, and community management. Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.

Create dynamic written, graphic and video content. Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms. Help manage company social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. Identifies process improvements and procedural challenges, recommending appropriate solutions. Advance and protect the company’s reputation, mitigate risks and manage complaints positively and constructively. Provide accurate, efficient and timely responses to requests regarding complaint investigations. Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Manage large amounts of consumer calls, emails and social media messages. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
