Excellent Organisational And Time-Management Skills. Proficient In Ms Office Packages. Experience Is Preferred Although Not Essential. Candidates Must Have Good Communication Skills In Hindi, English. Able To Demonstrate Professional Phone Etiquette And A High Customer Service Commitment.

Responsibilities: Handle multi-line telephone system efficiently and accurately applying the company telephone etiquette & call handling. Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
