Concrete floor finisher (Epoxy floor coatings and troweled epoxy finishes)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Not required
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS, Driver's License, Not required
Experience: Will train
Major Work Area: Construction, Resurface, Repair and patch
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Residential
Area of Specialization: Waterproofing, Grouting, Decorative finishing, Cutting and coring concrete, Floor pouring, Stone cladding, Floor leveling, Floor finishing, High tolerance floors, Sand finishing
Materials Used: Hardeners and epoxies, Colors and sealers, Mastic flooring, Reinforcing membrane and protective covering
Specific Skills: Direct placement of concrete into forms or surfaces, Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures, Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, Strip concrete forms, Utilize laser leveling technology, Cut control joints
Additional Skills: Work in confined locations
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat
