Tier 1 Tech Support Agent, Other, Northern Suburbs. Must Have Internet Connection As You Will Be Working From Home For A Period Of Time. Must Be Available Immediately, Shift Work Involved Which Would Include Weekends.

Tier 1 tech support associates are entitled to assist all The clients customers. Associates perform initial and advance troubleshooting for all The clients products. In this position associates are expected to manage general care issues, technical support for customers, escalate/transfer customers to different departments, and as well utilize multiple systems to pinpoint a customer issue.

Responsibilities and Duties: Answer all inbound calls from our customers and provide assistance with any trouble or service issue they might be experiencing across the entire range of products The client offers. Gather all information from customers and create a case for every single contact. Document cases following all guidelines that The client requires in their QA form.

Provide excellent customer service in all channels of support and represent The client in the best way possible. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and clear over cases.

Qualifications: Proven customer support experience. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree. Tech Savy or intermediate computer skills.
