Restaurant Duty Manager, Plettenberg Bay, Eden. Our Client a 5 star boutique hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager - must have experience in 5* Hotel OR top end small boutique restaurant. All applications must be e-mailed.

Responsibility: To work well in the team environment. Take the initiative when required and to act/ think on our feet. Be able to manage a shift on your own. Have an eye for details when working with guests and on the floor operationally. Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with guests. Have sound knowledge of the workings of a restaurant which includes Food and beverage, guest relations and on the floor operations.

Good working knowledge of stock systems and Point of Sale. Contactable and credible references. Salary: R Market Related.
