Public Relation Officer, Scope of the Job Responsible for all Public Relation Works. Organization directly reports to the Manager – Human Resources. Responsibilities and Authority. Handling applications for Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior Residence and other Govt. Departments etc. Submit the Applications through the Tasheel Service as per company needs.

Follows up on all transactions in Labor, Immigration Traffic, Police dept., court, Car registration, Driving License, Port issues etc. Handle the employees visa renewal & cancellations. Preparing & Submit for new and renewal of Commercial license, Chamber license, Civil Defense, Nadafah License, Lease Agreement Contracts Tawtheeq-) etc.

Handling all works for different government departments (Ministry of interior, Ministry of labour, Municipality, Tasheel, Police Station, Embassies, etc.)

Typing all the online service of various Govt. departments. (Ministry of labor, Thasheel, EIDA, Municipality, Environmental Agency)

Responsible for renewing Trade License renewal, Chamber, Ministry of Economy, Tadweer and company Establishment Card etc.

Should be prepare the official letters, NOC etc. in both, Arabic and English languages.

Qualifications Index: Education, Higher secondary or any Graduation. Knowledge in PC operations and other office automation is a must. Work Experience, At least 3 years minimum experience Public Relation work in UAE. Zones Corp Abu Dhabi experience is advanced. Others,  Ability to use English Language at high level is a must.
