Job nationality required – Pakistani –Male Ensure to reach the monthly target given as per the Sr. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager Visit all stores/shops within assign location Educate all clients about the product and services Collection of data of all prospect clients Monitor the monthly transaction of the branch to ensure targets are met Devising and presenting ideas that will help to gain more customer Monitoring ongoing promotion to maximize the potential revenue Act as public relations for customer and counter staff Monitoring competitor activity Conducting market research to have a better idea for any promotion Marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met. Handle customer complaints, Ensure customer retention Act as Customer Service in the absence of CSR Ensuring that the suggestion box, flyers, and other items which need in proper placement and visibility are accorded due attention Proper maintenance of the appearance of the branch.

Prioritize all neighboring shops, restaurants, hotels & offices to use our services Updating the customers about the latest initiatives happening with a proper & systematic presentation Constant and timely communication with the branch staff regarding the development in the products and services and other value addition happening in the company. Taking care of the customers inside the branch especially those who are standing in the queue by way of friendly chatting with them and briefing about our other products and services.

This strategy could be tried out in the first week of every month when a lot of bill payment customers throng the counters to remit amount. Suggest strategies to increase brand visibility inside the branch lobby. Coordinate with the branch manager for new initiatives in the branches
