PT Receptionist

Savills are seeking to hire a part time Receptionists to join their Residential team based in our Dawson Street Office. Working 3 days per week, one of which will be every second Saturday. The hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm on week days and 9.30am to 3.00pm on Saturdays.

    * The successful candidate will be a smart, professional, customer services orientated and enthusiastic individual
    * Be personable and outgoing
    * Present well in a corporate environment and have proven customer / client relationship skills

Key Competencies

    * Solid reception and switchboard experience is essential
    * Adaptability to various computer programs and audio typing (Dictaphone) ability is essential
    * Be fluent in English.
    * Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience
    * Excellent report writing, grammar and communication skills and be capable of working in a highly confidential environment

Responsibilities:

    *  Answering phone enquiries in a busy office
    *  Meeting/Greeting clients and customers
    *  Setting up appointments for viewings
    *  Looking after the needs of the residential team and office
