Role/Responsibilities: HARDWARE Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications Setting up and configuring servers along with storage, laptops and desktops. Configuring all type of Network and local Printers. Provide desktop and server support Remote Technical Support tablets and smart phones when necessary.

Maintenance And Support: Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows Operating System Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops, network equipment, printers, etc. Execute backup procedures and rotate and maintain backup media onsite and offsite. MS Outlook Email configuration, backup and support Managing the IT Assets inventory.

Software: Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops locally & centrally. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Access Control, CCTV and Telephone System: Support Access Control, CCTV and attendance systems. Panasonic PABX and Telephones Installation, programming, Maintenance and support

Network Infrastructure / Roles And Access Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Add/Delete Server Roles and Features Working on Active Directory accounts, configuration of laptops Configured Network Infrastructure Roles.
