Program Manager, Melkbos strand, West Coast. Full-time position as Program Manager available at the number 1 Au pair company in South Africa!

House-o-Orange Au pairs is an international Au pair company based in Melkbosstrand. We recruit and train South African and Namibian candidates to Au pair in the Netherlands, Belgium, America, Germany, France as well as China. Not only will you be able to work as part of a fun, dynamic and driven team – you will also have a spectacular view seeing as our office is located right across the beach!

Workdays include Monday’s to Friday’s from 08:30am – 17:00pm. You will also be required to work at least one Saturday a month in order to provide training to future Au pairs.

Salary range between R7500-R12000, depending on experience. Monthly incentives to follow after probation period has successfully been completed.

Requirements: Female applicants between the age of 18 – 32 years old. Driver with own car is a must. Non-smokers only. Clean medical health. Matric diploma. Tertiary diploma/degree will be a big bonus. Preferably located in Melkbosstrand or surrounding areas. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans preferred. Computer literate as well as good admin skills. Have good marketing, organisational, people and communication skills.

Extremely driven, creative, motivated and goal-orientated. Excellent team player. Start date ASAP. Interviews will be held in Melkbos strand between the 17th - 20th of February 2020.
