Location: Century City, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Experienced Bookkeeper as well as general office admin duties. Full Debtors & Creditors functions. Prepare all required spread sheets. Prepare cash movement reports.

Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Bookkeeping (Construction Industry experience seen as an advantage). General office admin duties. Good verbal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work to deadlines and deliver results. Ability to work under pressure. Computer literate in Word, Outlook with strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced Level). Experience on Pastel Partner is essential.

Duties: Daily invoicing (excel). Assist with quotations. Petty cash Supplier recons (excel). Debtor follow up Cheque book capture (excel). Once off payments (excel). Supplier balances (excel). All the above to capture on Pastel (monthly) Year-end preparation for auditor. Paying weekly wages. Annual return of earnings (FEM) Insurance claims (vehicle, internal, site).
