Construction Manager in Dubai
VACANCIES IN THE UAE - We are a leading electromechanical engineering contracting company, well-established in the GCC region. Our project experience encompasses electrical, mechanical and instrumentation works for power and desalination plants, airports, aluminum smelters, paper mills, water transmission systems and pumping stations, petroleum products tank terminals, refineries and high voltage substations. To meet the present requirements, applications are invited from candidates having similar experience in GCC countries in our line of business for the following position:
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER -(JOB REF. DQCM)
Monitor and coordinate between engineering, procurement, logistics and construction to ensure schedule compliance of the ongoing projects.
Ensure contractors have obtained all the necessary permits and licenses, and are maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and permit conditions.
Review and approve contractors construction method statements, schedules, plans and procedures.
Plan and manage the pre-commissioning activities and handover of completed facilities to the operations group.
Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), with minimum 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years in the GCC region.
