Location: Other, Durban City, Job Type: Full-Time. Field Sales Representative. An opportunity exists for a competitive and target-driven Field Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and creating an exceptional experience for clients. If you have what it takes you can earn from R14000.00 per month upwards! Extensive training on company products will be provided together with continuous support and mentoring.

Purpose of Sales Rep role is to meet set monthly sales targets by: Building and developing a pipeline of new clients through referrals and provided leads. Coaching clients to achieve a healthy financial lifestyle. Personal and telephonic interaction with clients (and potential clients). Weekly sales reporting to Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Experience: 2+ years' Working experience in financial services sales, business development, external sales or relevant consulting and sales environment (Loans, medical aid, insurance, investment, etc.). Valid Driver’s License & own vehicle will be advantageous.

Skills & Attributes: Target driven and a sense of urgency. Thrives under pressure Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to close deals. Ability to empathise and influence. Active listening skills, identifying challenges and provide appropriate solutions. Basic Target-Driven Salary of R14000 PLUS Commission.
