Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Junior Sous Chef – Woodstock / CAPE TOWN. Our client is seeking to employ a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.
Requirements: Must have proven track record with good references at reputable establishments at same or similar level. Must have strong leadership skills. Must be a dynamic creative chef (That keeps up to date with industry trends and is not stuck in the past) that knows the importance of maintaining excellent hygiene standards. Admin Ability (Stock take, menu planning, costing, ordering) a great advantage. Clear credit and criminal history, as per our client’s requirements. Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
