Customer Service Agent, Location: Blouberg, West Coast, Job Type: Contract. Do you have a passion for EDUCATION? Then join our team at Educanda in Killarney Gardens as Customer Service Agent on a fixed term contract. Educanda is the partner of choice for all formal learning done through Day Cares, ECD Centres, Nurseries, Pre-schools, Primary Schools, High Schools, Special Needs Schools and parents. Educanda operates internationally, i.e. in South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Answering calls and receptionist duties. Processing of quotes and sales orders. Follow up on outstanding quotations. Follow up on outstanding payments. Update Customer database system. Catalogue requests and returns. Verification and updating of customer info (e.g. addresses, email, phone). Assisting other departments on ad-hoc basis.
Qualification: Minimum Matric Preferably 2yrs of experience in similar work field Computer skills an absolute „must have” incl. MS Office Experienced with OMNI an absolute advantage Team player and very good communication skills in English, any additional language a plus.
