 Key Performance Areas: The production manager is responsible for the effective execution of the production schedule. The production manager is accountable for all the assembly, shrinking and packaging processes. The PM will maintain a high level of accuracy regarding the input of operational data into the Innov8 ERP system and other electronic production tools. The PM will lead improvement initiatives throughout the production department and continually support the development of operator skills and compliance to agreed procedures.

Accuracy – Reporting and data management. A key performance area is the maintenance of the agreed data input procedures into the ERP electronic systems. Reporting – a Concise and real time analysis of the production output based on the Bill of Material specification to maintain the accuracy of production specifications.

Teamwork- Engage colleagues in a collaborative and supportive way and maintain a stable production department.

Communication – Communicate in a clear and precise way with the emphasis on highlighting issues that may affect the performance of the business negatively

Requirements: 5 years’ experience in a similar role. 3-5 years’ experience in a Management Role. Grade 12. Btech in Operations Management / National Diploma in Production Management or similar.
