Business Development Representative, Location: Kloof, West Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. My client in the building and maintenance industry, based in Kloof, is seeking to employ a Business Development Representative to assist them in growing their new business opportunities across KZN.

We are looking for a strong hunter sales profile who is not afraid to approach new businesses to grow the brand and market share.

Duties & Responsibilities: New business development. Cold calling. New business meetings. Identifying potential business. Generation of quotes. Site walk through to assess needs and advise on solutions. Brand development. Sales administration. Sales generation. Customer relationship management.

Desired Experience & Qualification: Matric. A relevant qualification would be an advantage. Ideally experience with the building and maintenance industry, calling on clients to service their maintenance needs. Alternatively, a candidate who has called on clientelle in the property and building industry. 3+ years of new business development experience. Solid database of potential clients in the building and property industry would be ideal. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to walk into a building and observe areas for potential maintenance and repair.
