About the role: This role is a great opportunity to showcase your strong administrative skills. The role is a residential role in Karratha on a 5:2 roster from 7am to 3:30pm for a 4 week contracted role. In this role you will need to advocate your strong communicative skills.

To succeed in the role: Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team. Creating PO, service orders and entries. Mobilizing and demobilizing high volumes of contractors and staff to and from remote fly in fly out mine sites. Flights, Accommodation, Qualification check, Induction, Logistics. Point of contact for contractors. On boarding enquires. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders? SAP profile update. Previous experience within Rio Tinto is a must or previous mining experience. Proficiency is MS office and outlook. Experience in SAP preferred, accounts and business administration. Attention to detail and process improvement orientated.
