Administration Assistant – Mackay & Coalfields, Full-time – Monday to Friday, Permanent Position, Must live locally.

The Role: We are seeking a reliable, genuine, hardworking, experienced Administration Assistant to provide efficient day-to-day administration support to the Mackay Depot. The successful applicant will have the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Administration of accounts receivable functions. Processing of Payroll. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, by effectively managing customer queries, including answering telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner. Processing service requests and other documentation as directed by the Administration Manager.

The Candidate: Prefer at least 2 years Administration experience. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability. Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail. Able to work well within a team and autonomously. A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard. Strong work ethic. Excellent time management skills.
