Production Manager, Bilba Group is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Production Manager to manage the day to day operations in Darwin and Katherine. This is a Full-time position.

Selection Criteria: Relevant territory qualifications and experience in production/ operations management. Proven ability to manage, improve and continuously develop an operational business. Capacity to identify strategic development of services and deliver business growth opportunities. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage various production schedules. Highly organised with effective decision-making skills.

Desire to foster and maintain a productive and collaborative team environment where enthusiasm and high morale contribute to customer satisfaction.

Current NT driving licence (HR or MC licence will be highly regarded)

Key Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations in Darwin and Katherine manufacturing sites. Implementing measures to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved. Liaise with site managers and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing and production units. Arrange freight as required to transport and maintain machinery. Coordinate with suppliers both service and supply. Manage fleet, fleet purchasing, fleet logistics and assist with coordinating maintenance. Ensure safe operation of a manufacturing and production facility. Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to products quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
