Maybe you'll have some PRINCE or ITIL certs to bring with you and some experience in IT Services / B2B / account management or consulting, a degree and maybe you've delivered IT business services / consulting or MSS to enterprise level clients.

You'll be a well presented, sharp thinker with a passion for being the best ALL of the time. You'll be a great multi-tasker who loves dealing with people as well as having experience working in IT in some capacity; perhaps project management, support, sales, or service delivery.

The role is to help a highly skilled team of IT consultants deliver their services to clients in a timely and totally seamless fashion. It will involve a lot of interaction with clients, some of whom are very high end blue-chip companies, so you'll need to be very polished and your spoken and written communication will need to be very strong. You'll be involved with helping produce scope for projects and helping to schedule internal resources to hit these needs, so you'll need to be influential, professional and very focused on the client needs.
