The work on offer is mainly non - contentious including standard form and bespoke building contracts; sub-contracts; consultant appointments; drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes; collateral warranties; third party rights schedules; assignments; innovation agreements as well as advising on legal issues arising out of the construction process, including delays and extensions of time, loss and expense claims, liquidated damages, and defective work. There is likely to be a small amount of contentious work.
