Event Assistant (Part Time 3 days per week), Clubs Queensland, Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs, EVENT Assistant. Part Time (3 days p/week).

Clubs Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join the Sponsorship & Events Team, to assist in delivering a variety of events the we stage for members, stakeholders and the wider hospitality industry. We’re located at Northgate on Brisbane’s Northside, with secure ‘free’ onsite parking + we’re also just next to the railway station.

The Role: Reporting to the Sponsorship & Event Manager, you will assist in the delivery of all events staged by Clubs Queensland, along with performing general administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with standard hours being 9:00am – 2:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday.  Flexibility is also required to do additional hours when necessary as mutually agreed.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will: have strong interpersonal skills with experience in an administration and/or events role; excellent written and oral communication skills have exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail; hold a current Australian Driver Licence; take initiative in everything that they do; and be enthusiastic, well presented and have the ability to engage well with clients.
