Medical Receptionist- North Rocks/Carlingford, Myhealth Medical Centre, Sydney, North West & Hills District. We are seeking  a well presented full time/part-time medical receptionist to help manage the front desk and to provide effective, efficient and exceptional customer service for this busy medical centre.

The duties of the position will include greeting patients, answering phone calls, maintaining appointment books, billing, liaising with medical professionals and general reception tasks. This role will be demanding and will require efficiency, multitasking and prioritization.

Duties and responsibilities: Ensure the efficient operation of reception by greeting all patients and assisting with appointments, payments and attending to all phone calls; Successfully operate the practice management software Best Practice (training will be provided); Perform general office duties - word processing, filing, scanning of client files and accurate entry of patient information; Develop strong and respectful relationships with all staffs, GPs and allied health professionals; Preparation of waiting room and doctor's rooms and ensure the practice remains tidy at all times.

To be considered for this role, it is desirable that you have: Friendly and professional manner with exceptional eye for detail, communication and customer service skills. Ability to support patients, GPs and allied health professionals with compassion, professionalism and respect. Ability to work autonomously and show initiative. Excellent computer literacy. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will be provided with full training and support from the team.
