Construction Project Co-Ordinator (Stone/Tile/Carpet/Vinyl)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $30,000.00 to $60,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Commission, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, WHMIS, Driver's License
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction, Commercial construction, Industrial construction, Institutional construction
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports
Additional Skills: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Own Tools/Equipment: Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots, Cellular phone
