Customer Service, Huhtamaki Tailored Packaging, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs, Salary, $50,000 plus Super.

This role will primarily be within our NSW customer service team based in Winston Hills and provides an entry point for a career within a rapidly expanding national and global organisation.

Key Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls and emails from customers and reps. Data entry of customer orders and invoices as well as monitoring our online ordering platforms. Advising customers of any out of stock items on each order. Invoice all picking slips returned from the warehouses and filing. Organising stock returns from customers and price adjustment credits. Liaison with freight companies

General office duties: Skills and Experience, Excellent written and oral communication skills. Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office software. Attention to detail in data entry and customer service. Initiative and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Have a positive, professional and proactive attitude to work. Ability to work as part of a team.

Remuneration: An initial remuneration package of $50,000 + Super with an annual review and ongoing training and development will be available for the successful candidate.
