Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time
Salary: $11.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Gratuities
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Outside of Watson Lake, Yukon, Yukon Territory (3 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic cash register
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Setting: Restaurant, Resort
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available, Willing to relocate
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing
Other Information:Must have excellent people skills, be reliable and punctual; Fill condiments; Keep front end and washrooms clean/tidy; Cappuccino making experience would be an asset Gratuities are allotted at 75%.
