This company is a Property and Building consulting firm that has a large portfolio of clients and is based in the Sydney CBD. The company is looking for someone to come on board to help out with reconciling expenses and invoices for the senior team members.

Duties of the role: Data entry onto the company system. Reconcile expenses for the partners of the company. Manage and update client information. Use of the online expense platform. Liaise with senior stakeholders and executives within the company. Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are key requirements for this role. Experience using Microsoft office, especially Excel is also needed as well as experience in a corporate environment.

You must have the right attitude this role and the ability to roll up your sleeves and get on with work. You must also be smartly presented and professional as this is a corporate environment.
