HR Administrator/Officer, Location, Parow, Northern Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time. HR Administrator/Officer. The Head Office of Adult World (Pty) Ltd seeks a skilled and experienced HR Officer. We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

The candidate must have experience in Disciplinary hearings and processes, recruitment, training and payroll.

Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role. Experience with HR software. VIP Payroll system. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Thorough knowledge of labour laws. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Duties will include but not be limited to: Checking of fortnightly and monthly payrolls Handling of labour queries by the Department of Labour. Disciplinary enquiries & surveillance reports – formulation of enquiry notifications, guidance to the senior staff with regards to enquiries, handling of difficult cases – full enquiry. Guidance with disciplinary action to senior staff Staff & senior management guidance relating to Industrial Relations. Roster control, advice & guidance as well as adjustments to ensure low cost on overtime. Annual increases CCMA representation & preparation of paperwork for other regions when another representative goes to represent the company. With notes for approach at CCMA

Equity Skills: preparation for submission to SDF Corp for claims back on SDL Liaising with SDF Corp, CCMA and other government bodies relating to HR, Industrial Relation matters, etc.

Employment contract adjustments in term of labour legislation, latest to be implemented in near future. Training guidance Retrenchments, end of contract and other terminations Guidance on labour adjustments as required by Department of Labour Other HR functions which the staff do not have the necessary prowess to perform  with your expected salary range.
