Pack House Sorting & Grading Assistant, Location: Kirkwood, Eastern Cape, Pack House Sorting & Grading Assistant, Quality, Sorting & Grading Sundays River Valley.

The Pack house Assistant is responsible for: Fruit quality using accepted sorting and grading techniques on the electronic sizer. Managing of citrus fruit quality and reporting to the pack house manager. Implementation of corrective action where needed. Must have: Strong communication skills. Computer literate – MS Word, Excel. Experience in the fields of quality, sorting and grading.

Requirements: Strong work ethic with minimum 3 years relevant citrus fruit quality experience QC reports: Receiving, analyse, capturing, summarise quality control information and forward to relevant managers Analyse discrepancies and solve problems. Updating of pack house sizer database (Compac). Record keeping of relevant documentation Attributes: Think on your feet, good people skills, attention to detail. before 15 February 2019.
