Firstsource is a global Business Process Outsourcing company providing a range of customer management services to leading companies in the telecommunications, financial services and healthcare sectors.  In our Dublin-based delivery centre Firstsource offers first-rate customer service, sales and back office processing to one of Ireland’s market leaders in Telecommunications.

Due to an exciting new development, Firstsource are keen to expand their Customer Service Division and are looking for a number of experienced Customer Care Agents to join their team.  Our dedicated team of Customer Care Agents are responsible for delivering an exceptional, commercially focused and professional customer experience by responding effectively and consistantly to outbound and inbound queries from business customers.

We have full-time (40 hours/week) permanent contracts available.  Applicants should be available to work 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.  Appicants should be available to commence work on Monday 9th December 2013.

Please note, in order to be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following:

    * Proven experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment (ideally dealing      with Corporate or SME Customers within the Telecoms Industry)
    * An excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet with strong      customer focus
    * Tenacity and self-motivation
    * IT literate
