We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated entry-level Administration Assistant to join our team in a full time capacity. You will be a real team player who is responsible for providing administrative support to the wider team, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of requested tasks.

You will receive structured training to help you to build a strong foundation for your career in administration. Throughout your development journey, you will gain experience in a diverse range of administrative functions including systems, procedures, traditional administrative tasks and reception. Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include reception relief, answering and directing calls, meeting and greeting clients, banking and errands, filing, scanning and archiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail, assisting with database management, maintaining office tidiness and monitoring stationery stock levels. You will also learn and develop in areas such as client correspondence, Tax lodgements, ASIC annual reviews, ATO liaison and correspondence and ad hoc personal assistant duties requested by the Partners.

This position is suited to someone who is currently looking to commence a career in administration and has the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis.  You will also possess the following qualities: Commitment to providing exceptional client service at all times. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. High levels of attention to detail. Professional presentation . Solid academic achievement. Strong work ethic. Teamwork skills and problem solving abilities. Strong IT and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications as well as be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly. Previous work experience an advantage. Involvement in extracurricular activities. Motivation for continuous learning.
