Inbound Customer Care Agent - North Sydney, PAC Consulting PTY Ltd. About the business: PAC Consulting are very happy to offer this immediate opportunity working within this well known Multinational Financial Services company with a renewed strong Customer Focus. You will be based in beautifully presented 'A grade' corporate setting located in North Sydney as short 2 minute stroll from the station.

Your working week will be Mon – Fri working a total of 37.5 hours and finishing a little earlier on Friday's and having a few drinks with your new team mates. You will receive inbound customer calls from their valued customers, while entering data from the calls and maintaining detailed customer records to aid in supporting and offering customers a great customer experience.

Skills and experience: Experience within a call centre environment is a must as are solid communication skills and a willingness to learn and follow instructions. You will be available for immediate full time (38 hours per week) employment Monday to Friday and motivated to eventually transition to a permanent role within this large and growing company. Experience or qualification and understanding of Financial Services or similar will be viewed favourably but not essential.
