Admin, Excell Window Pty Ltd, Sydney South West & M5 Corridor. Excell Window Pty Ltd is a company close to 20 years, located in Condell Park. We have a new position available for a admin. The ideal candidate would be an independent individual who is starting their career and are looking for a position which will provide variation and challenges. The roles will be involved purchasing and administrative work.

Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to: Raise and process purchase orders. Source products/parts and suppliers. Follow up and coordinate the timely arrival of goods. Maintain inventory databases including pricing and supplier information. Monitor and manage stock levels and communicate any potential stock issues. Liaising with approved suppliers and business partners. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.

To be considered ideal for this role, you must have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Strong communication style. A high level of computer literacy is important. An ability to effectively plan and priorities multiple projects and work requirements to meet deadlines. A strong customer focus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide a professional standard of customer service. Proactive attitude. Previous purchasing experience would assist but is not essential as training will be provided.
