We’ve packed a long list of achievements into that time, but despite all our experience and know-how, we’re very much young at heart. We run a fun, fast-paced and focused work environment, located in a large, open-plan studio office near Richmond Train Station.

Sounds good What part do you play in this? We are looking for an organised individual to assist in running our office and administration. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to actively participate in the advertising/design/digital industry in an organisational role with plenty of job responsibilities and variety. You may have already worked briefly within the creative or associated industries or may have a keen desire to move into it. This position will suit someone with 1 - 2 years experience in administration/reception/personal assistant roles.

So what do some of your responsibilities include: Reception/administration/organisational duties Assist in servicing a portfolio of client accounts, Greeting and liaising with clients and suppliers – in person, over the phone and via email. Providing PA duties to our Creative Director. Preparing and maintaining work-in-progress, project timelines and various reports – you will be the go-to person on the status of all jobs in the studio. Managing couriers, packing and mail -  and keeping office / kitchen supplies well stocked. Invoicing assistance with finance via XERO. General assistance around the studio as support for management, creative and accounts teams.. Finally, it goes without saying that you have the vibe. So what’s the vibe you ask? Yes, this is an administrative role but some knowledge and/or passion with design will be looked upon favorably. No agencies whatsoever and must have appropriate working visas
