Creating of incentive structures, Reasonable level of business perspective and capability to drive improvements based on benchmarks setting of goals and achieving standards. Experience, Operations, banking, recruiting, interviews, training and development, IT Networks technical and dialler support carrier and provider inbound and outbound, local and international, mobile and insurance. Start-up centres for growth, stability and roll outs.
