Office Junior required / Professional Service

My client is a state body with offices based in  Dublin 2 . They currently have a vacancy for a general administrator. This is being offered initially as a temporary position with a possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff. The hourly rate for this position is €12.50 and hours of work are 9.0am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

In this role you will be responsibility for providing administrative support within the Department including:

•           Managing administrative workloads in an organised and systematic fashion.

•           Provision of support to Department staff through use of telephone, email, letters.

•           Work as part of the Departmental team in ensuring all files and records are stored correctly

•           Use of Department specific computer databases and systems.

Carrying out of any other duties as appropriate to the effective administration of the Department as may from time to time be assigned by the Staff Officer, or by another senior manager.
