Human Resource Officer - Dubai, UAE Job Functional Area Human Resource Required Gender Female Degree Title Graduate of BS Degree in Business Administration; Psychology or any relevant field Minimum Experience3 Years

The qualified candidates should be as follows:- Working experience in fit-out company, minimum 3 years, obtained in UAE- Educational background : Preferably graduate of BS Degree in Business Administration; Psychology or any relevant field- Intermediate to Expert level in MS Applications- She must be Arabic & English speaking- Compensation will be based on working experiences & knowledge

Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Directly reporting to CEO & Director of Finance and Administration- Prepare business letters correspondence and memos- Provide full secretarial and administrative support service to the chief executives- In charge of preparing and arranging all the necessary documents for visa application, visa renewal and visa cancellation.- Liaison with the PRO for all Immigration and MOL related works- Maintain and monitor all the workers and staff visas, passports, EIDs and all legal documents.- Liaison with insurance company in case of work related injuries to the employees for getting the claim- Arranging Business and Tourist Visa applications to the Directors and to the top management- Coordinating recruitment through advertisement including assisting in the recruitment procedure by screening CVs, short listing and interviewing candidates at the initial stage, scheduling the interviews of the candidates with the concerned person- Maintain the office filing system and all personal records Only qualified applicants who are based in Dubai shall be contacted.
