A Signage, Display and Promotional Company based in Kempton Park requires a Sales & Marketing Assistant, to promote the all the company products , communicate with customers and production teams.

Duties include the following: Ability to write sale proposal. Develop & implement Sale & Marketing plans. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls. STRONG ADMINISTRATION by following orders, researching suppliers & new products, filing, composing reports, etc. Responsible for all aspects of e-commerce, including digital Sales answering phones and assisting with queries, communicating needs to sales or design, tracking marketing and advertising initiatives, following up on quotes/orders/payments, mass emailing and database work, quoting and product information and education, Elaborating marketing, shows and exhibitions plan. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future opportunities. Searching & Seeing news & old customers.

Requirements: Diplomat, Experience in promotional, advertising, corporate gifting, signage or display systems. Three to five years’ experience. Must have high EQ. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English.
