NY Slice Pizza is on the look out for a dynamic & dedicated individual to manage operations for the Cape Town NY Slice stores (3), and possibly help with the set up the next store opening shortly. Lots of room for growth.

Responsibilities &Requirements: Operations manager for Sea Pt, Kloof st, & Stellies stores – you need to have a car so you can spread your time between the stores based. Deal with customer issues and respond appropriately to the situation. Set & manage FOH & BOH check sheets. Inspect stock count sheets & follow up on differences. Ensure product quality & procedures related to making the product is adhered to Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance & ensure the code of conduct is fairly kept. Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. Proven work experience as a operations manager, with extensive restaurant experience.
