Location, Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. National Debt Management company seeks an Business Development Consultant/Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  Sales of products – Marketing Debt Counselling and Insurance product to secure new sales in order to achieve financial targets of the business from time to time.  Secure sales for new products as they are developed.  Negotiation of all sales at Corporate and SMME levels. Client management - Generate lead generation. Dealing with branch performance, marketing team and sales.

Successfull Candidate ought to have the following attributes and experience; Debt Counselling and/or Financial advisory (Insurance’s) exp. Min. 5 years exp in Marketing and/or Management. Min 5 year experience with Broker Networks. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics. Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills (Business English – written and verbal). Must have own reliable vehicle and available Immediately. Salary; R240k P/A + Attractive Incentives/Commission + Benefits (Neg.)
