American Campaign Team Leader, Mango5 based in Cape Town Airport Industria area is currently looking for a highly professional and experienced International Team Leader to work on a very successful Campaign for an American client.

As we are expanding our team of top agents, we are now in need of an energetic individual who is a success driver and encourages their team towards performance excellence.

About The Client: Our client focuses on delivering superior customer care services and high performance sales for leading local and International Companies since 2006, with expertise in many markets and verticals.

For our client we do not just hire your average Team Leaders, we higher Team leaders who invest time in their role, takes time to get to know their teams, provides exceptional managerial services and who leads by example.

Main Goals and Objectives: Manage agent and overall team performance e.g. productivity, adherence to schedule, and ensuring that the team delivers on all daily targets etc. Individual agent performance management; ensuring performance contracts are in place. Monitoring SLA's across all service offerings; ensuring service quality standards are met and that they are being adhered to. Maximize operational efficiency by creative utilization of resources. Managing all information workflow and collate and feedback to the business. Conducting daily / monthly / quarterly one on one session with agents. Coaches and supports all agents in order to ensure at all times sufficient, competent and motivated people are available to realize the team's objectives.

Essential Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate). Minimum of 12 months Call Centre Team Leader Experience. American Campaign experience (highly advantageous). Must have your own reliable transport to work. Ability to work campaign shifts. Clear disciplinary and criminal Record. Absolutely trustworthy with the highest standards of personal integrity. Time Management skills. Flexible, self-motivated and proactive. Strategic thinker. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, team management and leadership skills. Ability to relate to all types of personalities. Easily approachable. Excellent communication and written skills. High performance culture and ethic. Strong problem solving skills. Goal setting and coaching ability. Understanding of companies policies and procedures

You must be able to work the following hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 PM – 00:00 AM

Note – as the campaign grows there is a possibility that a shift schedule might be required to include some weekend work from time to time

Salary: Market related depending on experience and skill set

Transport: Free transport will be provided: At the end of your shift to your home; and from your home to work on SA public holidays and weekends (if applicable)
