Must have the following attributes: No unstable job history, Valid and clean drivers license & own transport, Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, Strong Staff Management skills - Ability to Lead/Manager and Discipline, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Ability to work accurately, meticulous and high attention to detail, History of trust and responsibility, Good planning, organizational and time management skills, Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as equipped to, ensure the store is adequately staffed. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Target driven

Qualifying Criteria: Grade 12, Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, No unstable job history, 2-3 years Management experience within the FMCG industry, Work experience in a large retailer with fast moving goods (advantageous)

Responsibility: Assist in Managing Staff, Managing customer needs and requirements, Ensuring correct POS procedures are followed & exceptional customer service, Support, uphold, and enforce all Company policies, Recognize the cause of shrink and works effectively to control losses and help to increase profits. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and maximize sales without merchandise out of stocks. Ensure that the correct pricing is maintained and that all merchandise is in-code and saleable. Maintains high standards of store image ensuring that the store is clean, well-stocked, and ready for business. Strive to increase sales through suggestive selling skills/techniques and to consistently improve customer service. Ensure information flows to all Store Associates and advises management of significant events affecting the store. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Salary: R10 000 - 12 000 negotiable
