Western Cape Northern Suburbs Jobs in Other Permanent German Speaking Call Centre Agents, Our client based in Century City is looking for German speaking Customer Service Hosts to work in a 24/7 operational contact centre which services international clients; with offices in London, Cape Town and Malta.

London would be your first stop where you will complete your training. You will then start working while their immigration team processes your work visa application for Cape Town. Full relocation assistance is provided by covering the cost of your flights, accommodation and shuttle service from the airport. You will be accommodated in a fully furnished state of the art apartment with easy access to the offices.

You could however choose not to make Cape Town as your final destination and be based in their London offices for the duration of your employment.

If you are interested in relocating to Cape Town, relocation assistance is provided by covering your flights, shuttle service from the airport, 3 months of free accommodation and visa assistance. You would be required to: Respond to customer queries via telephone, email and online chats in the German language, Process and take ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment. Process pertinent information into relevant databases. Build and maintain customer relationships. Assist with all problem solving tasks during shift. Assist with all customer related queries. Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchases, etc. Maintain excellent time management and adherence to schedule. Perform extra tasks given by managers and shift supervisors as and when required

Each applicant must: Be fluent in the German language. Be in a possession of a completed degree or a 2 year completed diploma. Be a self-starter and self-motivated. Be able to work independently yet be a team player. Be an analytical thinker with problem solving abilities. Be deadline driven and goal orientated. Be able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized dynamic environment. Be able to handle confidential and personal matters. Be fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills
