Customer Support Representative, online gaming support company, Location, Blouberg, West Coast, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, We currently have a customer support representative position available in our Cape Town based online gaming support company.

Minimum Requirements: Computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm, Previous experience in customer service, Excellent written and verbal English, language skills, Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately and responsibly resolve customer queries and complaints, Ability to work under pressure, Positive attitude, Must work well within a team, Must be willing to work nightshifts, weekends and public holidays, Must have reliable transport

Job Specification: The candidate will be the primary contact for customers including technical support, accounts support and various other support functions via e-mail and chat systems.  The candidate should be able to work well within a team environment. The company provides the service to customers for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and hence requires candidates that are willing to work up to five 8 hour afternoon/night shifts per week, including weekends and Holidays. Own transport for night shifts is a must.

Additional Preferred Requirements: Skills in the following areas will be advantageous: Knowledge of Poker (both Texas Hold’em and Omaha). Knowledge of Casino games. Knowledge of Skill games

Offer: R49.50 per hour + nightshift allowance. Sunday overtime at 1.5 x and public holidays at 2 x the hourly rate.
