We are a dynamic digital marketing agency that specialises in brand design, web design, social media marketing, mobile marketing, email marketing, SEO and Ad Words management.

Our offices are located on a scenic vineyard in the beautiful Cape Winelands (Paarl), with our neighbours being Primi Piatti and Melissa's. 90% of our work comes from overseas and our clients span across Australia, Qatar, Mauritius and South Africa.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate journalist to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have a flair with words and excellent English and Afrikaans writing & communication skills. You will be working across a diverse set of clients, in a trendy, upbeat, vibey office environment.

 Minimum Requirement: Diploma of degree in Journalism, languages or Media Studies

Experience: At least 5 – 7 years’ journalism experience. Knowledge of topical issues and current affairs.  Valid driver’s license. Proficient in relevant computer software packages and application. Passion for media and sound knowledge of current affairs.

 Duties & Responsibilities: Investigate and research sport and news articles. Write quality news and feature articles, adhering to strict deadlines. Create target-market-specific articles. Generate feature ideas. Adhere to the quality, style and content standards as laid out and required by the publication. Comply with the requirements of the South African Press Code. Proofreading of articles. Generate and liaise with a network of contacts to assist with research or completion of articles/features. Required to complete production-related tasks, take photographs and produce content for online and other platforms.
