Job Description: The Operations Supervisor will assist in the responsibility for process control, collecting and managing plant data, developing schedules, and training and assessing associate performance. This position will learn and champion the continued development of CH2M O&M systems and use of the project SCADA and Op10 database software.

Responsibilities will include working with project leadership and staff to assist in supervising the daily O&M activities as well as working with the Assistant Project Manager to learn the O&M systems and tools to provide client support. Incumbent is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing control instruments and systems. The position will assist in the responsibility for process control, collecting and managing plant data, developing schedules, and training and assessing associate performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnoses operating problems and directs effective correction procedures. Prepare required reports and maintain complete recordkeeping procedures. Analyzes recording instrument readings and laboratory test results and adjusts various plant processes accordingly. Inspects plant to determine efficiency of operations, cleanliness, and maintenance activities. Supervises and trains employees. Determines remedial action in emergencies. Prepares work schedules subject to approval of Project Manager. Prepares reports and maintains records. Performs employee evaluations. Assists Project Manager in conducting ongoing safety program. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work. Performs other duties as required.

The minimum qualifications for this position are: High school diploma. A minimum of six years' experience at a wastewater treatment facility. Computerized maintenance system skills and Microsoft office.
