Minimum Requirements: 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role, Operating a large switchboard, Proactive, Fluency in English, Passionate, Driven, Love for the travel industry, Willing to take the right risk, Warrior spirit, Ideas generator, Meet requirements but continually exceed expectations

 Main Duties Phones: Be an excellent first impression when answering the phone, Manage the switchboard, Direct customer call to the correct teams or assist where possible, Take messages when required and forward these to the relevant team members, Monitor call queues; Know the basic company FAQs to resolve basic queries

Reception: Create a world class impression – you are the first point of contact when Suppliers and Customers come to our offices, Ensure that the space is always neat and tidy, Ensure that visitors are warmly welcomed and let the person that they are here to see know that they have arrived using Envoy, Offer visitors refreshments

Boardrooms and Meeting Rooms: Co-ordinate Boardrooms and meeting room schedules, Ensure that these rooms are always tidied by cleaning staff after meetings

Office: Arrange couriers, Ensure that the staff extension list is kept up to date, Update staff contact lists (mobile, emails, extensions), Office Health and Safety: Check first aid box is equipped and functional, Collect stationary requests and prepare the order (1 x per week – Monday), Keep track of what stationary is being ordered by the various teams, Co-ordinate parking bays; arrange parking when required, Order and manage access disks

Events: Assist the Office Manager in planning and coordinating office events, Assist Manager/Specialists with planning and coordinating workshops
