Consolidation services seeks experienced Marketing and Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Sales of products - Marketing to secure new sales in order to achieve the financial targets for the business from time to time. Increase sales of current / traditional business to achieve growth targets as per strategic plans for each financial year. Secure sales for new products as they are developed.

 Negotiation of all sales at Corporate and SMME levels Cold Canvassing Staff management Client management - Generate lead generation Dealing with branch performance, marketing team and sales Experienced in working with Debt Management, Financial advisory products essential.

Candidate Requirements; min 10 years exp in Marketing and 5 years proven exp as a strategist. Must also have a min of 3 years exp in a management role and a 3 year degree in Marketing or Business Management.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics. Strong management and leadership skills. Knowledge of marketing principals and methods involved in business. Good financial skills and Excellent communication  skills (Business English – written and verbal) Must have own reliable vehicle.
