Job Details: Quality Assurance and Analyst/Tester - Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will be the primary resource for functional and performance testing of ERP Application. Responsibly for: - Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability, Development of system test plans and manual test cases, Development of automatic test scripts for functional and performance testing, Execution of the test cases and test scripts, Defect management and reporting, Providing input or creating testing artifacts to include but not be limited to: Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics and Defect Reports, Providing weekly status reports to Management / Skills Desired: - Knowledge/understanding of programming languages ( ASP.net , JavaScript etc.) and database technologies (Oracle, Sql Server etc),Ability to organize/manage own work and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables, Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks to best meet overall goals, Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player, Ability to learn complex business functions, Understanding of SDLC and QA/Testing process and industry best practices, Strong analytical and conceptual skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience testing in an Agile life-cycle environment, Experience testing SharePoint solutions, web parts, web services and work flows, Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Experience Desired - The individual must have proven experience with developing test documents, automated test scripts and testing web applications with complex interfaces across technology platforms. Experience with HP's suite of Testing tools (ALM/Quality Center, Quick Test Professional, Load Runner/Performance Center and Site Scope) is required.
